2. Data Location
Customer Data is stored in our database and file storage provider. Conversation text is sent to our AI provider in the United States when the assistant generates a response. For transfers from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, the safeguards in section 10 of the Data Processing Addendum apply (EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the vendor is certified, otherwise Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum). If you need EU-only storage, contact privacy@chatsloop.com.
3. Change Notices
We update this page at least 30 days before authorising a new or replacement subprocessor. To be emailed when it changes, send a request from your account email to privacy@chatsloop.com with the subject “Subprocessor notices”. Customers may object as described in section 6 of the Data Processing Addendum.
